Mailing List
Subscribing to the Artonenet mailing list is free. As a subscriber you will receive quarterly newsletters regarding upcoming events and exhibitions as well as notification of new artwork, sales and discounts on selected artwork through online sales, online auctions etc.
Buying Art From Us
There are no minimum order requirements. We accept payments by MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta or American Express via PayPal on our website. Alternatively you can make a purchase and pay by personal cheque or postal order, please send payments along with your order and delivery address details to: Artonenet Rock Classics Po Box 203 Goole DN147WU Your order will be despatched as soon as your payment has been received & funds are cleared. Cheques / Postal Orders should be made payable to Rock Classics.We do not ship any artwork out until payment in full is received.
Commissions
Commission orders are taken and carried out on a daily basis. We ask for a deposit and the balance upon completion, Payment via PayPal or personal cheque is then negotiated. Payment in full is required before we ship out any completed artwork. Due to the current demand on commissioned artwork by Amal we kindly ask that you allow up to 4 weeks for completion and delivery.
Returns (Commissions)
We can accept returns of commissioned paintings providing that you advise us within 10 days of receipt of your painting. For returned commissions we charge a 20% restocking fee. This is because we do not have a storing facility for artwork since they are created to order.
Returns (Shop)
We operate a 10-day guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from date of receipt. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid minus any shipping fees, handling and restocking fees, normally 2% of the overall price.
If your artwork is either faulty or damaged please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Shipping & handling charges
All prices include postage and packaging costs to the UK. For international orders please add £20.00 ($40.00) to the total order.(depending on size)
Delivery times
We aim to get your order to you within 10 to 14 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays, however on busier times we kindly ask you to allow up to 14 days for delivery before chasing your order. International orders please allow up to 21 days for delivery.For commissioned artwork please allow up to 28 days for completion before delivery is arranged.
Credit card security
All credit card transactions are taken via NoChex for fast and secured online payments, so we don't even see or store your credit or debit card details.
Privacy policy
We respect your privacy therefore we only use the information we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do this for two reasons 1) to process your order 2) to provide the best service. Your details will not be passed on to any other party.
